Chef Thais Sampaio is a Brazilian chef based in Malta, who has been delighting the local palate with her authentic and flavorful dishes. She has a vast experience in the culinary field, having worked in various restaurants and hotels in Brazil and abroad.
She is also an award-winning chef, having won several competitions and accolades for her creativity and skill.
Chef Thais Sampaio is passionate about bringing the Brazilian culture to Malta, by introducing the islanders to some of the most popular and traditional dishes from her homeland. Some of her specialties include Feijoada, Picanha, Coxinha, and many more.
